TheBatterySquare.com will accept returns of products within 30 days of invoice date subject to the terms and conditions below.

Any merchandise for which the original packaging is unopened may be returned to TheBatterySquare.com, only if accompanied by a Return Authorization Number, within 30 days of invoice date for a refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping charges and return shipping charges. A 50% restocking fee will be applied for special order items.
Opened New Merchandise
Products for which the original packaging has been opened may be returned to TheBatterySquare.com only if accompanied by a Return Authorization Number, within 30 days of invoice date for a refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping charges and return shipping charges. Returned products must be in new, unused condition, including the original box and all other original packaging, manuals and accessories and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee on regular items and a 50% restocking fee for special order items.
In order for any product purchased from TheBatterySquare.com to be determined defective, it must be returned to TheBatterySquare.com or the manufacturer and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number within the specified warranty period and terms. Please note the warranty terms and conditions outlined by the manufacturer. TheBatterySquare.com is not responsible for shipping charges past the first 30 days from purchase. Products found to be defective from original workmanship will be replaced or credited, at customer request. Products found to be non-defective will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Orders may be cancelled at no charge up to the time of order shipment. Please call (973) 835-3334 to do so. If the order has been shipped refer to TheBatterySquare.com’s Unopened Merchandise policy for a refund.
Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Shipments Damaged in Transit
Any item damaged in transit must be reported to TheBatterySquare.com within 5 days of delivery. All original packaging must be held with a damaged item.
How to Return Merchandise
Contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number.
If the requested return adheres to the return policies outlined above, a Return Authorization Number will be issued as will instructions for returning the product. The Return Authorization Number must be included on the packing label for any returned item.
Please pack the product(s) to be returned in the original packaging. Prepay shipping charges, and be sure to insure the shipment. TheBatterySquare.com is not responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in the return process and is not responsible for any items damaged due to improper packaging.
Any product returned without a Return Authorization Number becomes the property of TheBatterySquare.com. TheBatterySquare.com is not obligated to provide a refund or replacement for such returned products.
